In FJ | Integral Supply we are grateful to Armón Shipyards Gijón for giving us the opportunity to collaborate in the construction of the reference vessel in offshore operations in the Gulf of Mexico, Blue Eagle (G-020).
Our collaboration in this project covers different services within our line of business:
TURNKEY for the manufacture and supply of control equipment and valves (butterfly, globe, gate…), installation of piping, interconnection and commissioning of valve control systems:
- Hydraulically operated motorised valves:
- Composed of the hydraulic power unit (HPU), two electro-hydraulic drive cabinets and the software, PRIOR, for remote control of the valves of the following systems:
- Cargo and slop tanks.
- Tank cleaning.
- Ballast and bilge system.
- Sanitary discharges.
- Salt water cooling.
- Fresh water generation.
- Fire fighting and inert gas.
- Composed of the hydraulic power unit (HPU), two electro-hydraulic drive cabinets and the software, PRIOR, for remote control of the valves of the following systems:
- Pneumatically operated motorised valves:
- Consisting of two electro-pneumatic control cabinets, integrated control software (Prior) and ball valves with pneumatic actuator.
- Services – Fire and foam system.
- Quick-closing valves, consisting of hydraulic actuator cabinets with SAVAL impulse units and quick-acting valves. For immediate emergency shutdown of fuel and lubrication circuits.
PIPING INSTALLATION FOR DIFFERENT SYSTEMS OF THE VESSEL:
Gas detection systems, reels, azimuths and thrusters, loading system, windlasses and capstans, water mist and davit boat system. Accompanied by our DNV certified Hawke pipe sealing system.
