At FJ | Integral Supply, we are grateful to Astilleros Armón Gijón for giving us the opportunity to collaborate on the construction of the Blue Eagle (G-020), a benchmark vessel for offshore operations in the Gulf of Mexico.
Our collaboration in this project encompasses a variety of services within our business line:
Turnkey Solutions for Valve Control Systems
We provided a comprehensive package including the manufacturing, supply, installation, interconnection piping, and commissioning of valve control systems:
- Hydraulically Actuated Motorized Valves:
- Equipped with a Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU).
- Two electrohydraulic control cabinets.
- PRIOR software for remote control of the following systems:
- Cargo and slop tanks.
- Tank cleaning systems.
- Ballast and bilge systems.
- Sanitary discharges.
- Seawater cooling systems.
- Freshwater generation.
- Firefighting and inert gas systems.
- Pneumatically Actuated Motorized Valves:
- Two electro-pneumatic control cabinets.
- Integrated PRIOR software for control.
- Ball valves with pneumatic actuators for critical systems.
Firefighting and Foam Systems
We supplied quick-closing valves from our SAVAL brand, including hydraulic control cabinets with impulse units. These systems ensure immediate emergency shutdown of fuel and lubrication circuits.
Piping Installation for Various Ship Systems
Our team carried out the installation of piping for multiple systems, including:
- Gas detection systems
- Reels, azimuthal, and thruster systems
- Cargo systems
- Windlasses and winches
- Water mist systems
- Lifeboat davit systems
This was supported by our Hawke pipe sealing systems, certified by DNV, ensuring maximum safety and reliability.
Supply of Manual Valves for Various Systems
We also provided manual valves manufactured under our SAVAL brand, a key component of the Fernández Jove Group.
