FJ | Fernandez Jove – Success at the World Defense Show

World Defense Show

At the recent World Defense Show in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, our Managing Director, Tony Fernandez Jove, proudly represented Fernandez Jove Group. This prominent defense expo not only provided an invaluable platform to showcase our capabilities but also a unique opportunity to connect with industry leaders (Spanish and Arab) as well as high-ranking representatives from the Spanish Ministry of Defense, Gami (General Military Authority Industries).

We’d like to express our sincere gratitude to the Saudi Hispanic Hub and Andalucía Trade for the impeccable organization of the KSA mission. Our strategic partner, Navantia, deserves special recognition for their unwavering support. We also extend our thanks to the Embassy of Spain in Saudi Arabia and its ambassador for the warm welcome they provided during the expo.

During the World Defense Show, we had the honor of exchanging ideas with representatives from the Ministry of Defense in Spain, including the Secretary of State for Defense, Amparo Valcarce, and the Director General of DGAM, Aniceto Rosique, as well as with Saudi companies and organizations (SAMI, GAMI…). These interactions were crucial for understanding the global defense sector’s needs.

FJ | Fernandez Jove’s participation in the WDS not only provided us with a broad perspective on the future of the defense sector but also allowed us to highlight the initiatives we are undertaking to export our products and services in Saudi Arabia. From functional engineering to the manufacturing of complex systems such as motorized valves, quick-closing valves, cable and pipe transit sealing systems, and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment; to commissioning and lifecycle support.

At Fernandez Jove Group, we are committed to addressing the sector’s challenges, the ambitions of Vision 2030, and the localization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We aim to create synergies that enable us to share our specialized knowledge for future strategic collaborations with the country.

The World Defense Show was more than just an expo; it was an opportunity to strengthen bonds, exchange perspectives, and move towards a shared future.

We extend our thanks to all who made this success possible and eagerly anticipate the future collaborations that will emerge from this experience.
